You probably won't ever see them, as you have a private entrance in the garage where you can park and you have a private patio out back as well. Always available via phone. Please note that the AC/heat is controlled from the upper unit. They try to keep it comfortable at all times, but please let me know if you need it adjusted and I will reach out to them. You can also close/open the vents to control how much heating/cooling comes through.
