This building is within walking distance of three beautiful public parks and the Botanical Gardens! Only 10 minutes away from downtown Denver and 5 minutes from the Cherry Creek shopping center full of eateries and boutiques. This home is 100% for guest use and has only a shared laundry space. We are always happy to help in any way we can. Please message or call if you have any questions or concerns! Failure to follow house rules (ie: no smoking, no pets, check out time, etc.) may result in extra fees or loss of security deposit. Please be mindful of check-in and especially check-out times.
