This adorable, historical home was built in 1875. This special place is close to everything in Golden, making it easy to plan your visit. It is fully stocked with kitchenware, linens, & towels! Just bring your toothbrush & clothes. Queen bed in the bedroom and air mattress available for living room to sleep a total of 5 guests if someone doesn't mind using the sectional couch. Smart tv, high speed internet, large yard and outdoor space. Retro themed home located in the heart of downtown Golden, just steps away from Clear Creek, Parfet Park & Vanover Park! Also super convenient to Colorado School of Mines, breweries, restaurants & shops. It's also a scenic drive to RedRocks, Denver, Boulder, ski resorts, BlackHawk casinos, Rocky Mtn. Tours are available at the Coors Brewery as well as at numerous historic sites dating from pioneer days. Golden is very bike-friendly! Lots of paths and easy to get around. The house is also super walkable to most of Golden's attractions. A car is recommended for trips outside of Golden. Failure to follow house rules (ie: no smoking, check out time, etc.) may result in extra fees or loss of security deposit. Please be mindful of check-in and especially check out times.
