The timing of system changes is based on outdoor temperatures and help prevent pipes from freezing. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize guest comfort and building safety. We will be accessible 24/7 for our guests via phone, text, or the Airbnb app. Expect a quick and prompt response. We give our guests space but are available for every inquiry. Please be mindful of check-in and especially check-out times. We offer both the early check-in/late check-out if available, but these need to be arranged before your arrival/departure. It's a quiet neighborhood with great accessibility to downtown, Sloan's Lake, and the gulch. The bike trail to downtown is great! This unit is located just up the street from the prestigious and private, Lakewood Country Club. Lakewood is a suburb 10 minutes west of Downtown Denver and it's conveniently located on your way out to the mountains, you'll be on I-70 in 5 minutes. It's highly recommended to have a car to get anywhere, however, you'll appreciate how close everything is. If you're not driving, Uber is relatively cheap, the nearest public transportation is the lightrail and it's a 20-minute walk but will connect you with anywhere in the Denver Metro, including Denver International Airport.
