Very walkable to downtown Golden. The house is a bit older as you can see from the pictures, but it is still spacious and comfortable. Can get cold inside if it is chilly out. The table on the front porch makes for a lovely place to sit in the morning.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable everything was exactly as described (if not better). You can tell a lot of care goes into making guests feel welcome. One thing we especially appreciated was how accommodating and responsive the host was throughout our stay. After a late night out at Red Rocks, they were kind enough to let us check out a bit later, which made a huge difference and really showed their level of hospitality. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area we would definitely come back again!

Kendra’s place was as described and conveniently located for everything I needed. It’s an older building, but the apartment is in good order and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. I would definitely stay again should my travels bring me back to the area.

Good stay for the week. Had everything needed. Only complaint is the hot water didn’t last long so I imagine if more than one person was here a lot of people would be taking cold showers. However, for how old the house is it was exactly as expected. Great location and was able to walk around the town and to restaurants nearby. Even checked out the trail nearby! This was a perfect house for our family. The fenced-in grassy yard was especially nice for toddlers. The adjacent patio with a gas grill was great for the adults. The location, right on the clear creek trail, with a very short walk downtown, couldn’t be better. Parking for all three cars was easy. The view across the street is the Coors facility and some new construction with mountains/mesas looming above. Though not a classic nature view, it was all quite tidy and provided a lot of interest. The bathrooms and laundry room were in pristine condition. The living room was comfortable for a large group with very cushy chairs and couch. The bedrooms were well laid out, one downstairs being especially spacious with a good quiet workspace. The kitchen was clean and functional but is ready for an update. Overall we spent a very comfortable week in a beautiful town.

The unit looked exactly like the pictures showed. It is not anything luxurious(I wasn’t looking for that anyway) however it was really clean and had everything I needed. I think it was worth the price, I enjoyed the privacy of having my own kitchen and not sharing with others. I would recommend and stay again.

Such a beautiful home!! Check- in was as smooth as butter and the location was perfect. Took a walk around the neighborhood and everyone was quite friendly saying “hello” and “good morning.” Every room was cleaned to pristine when we walked in. Bathroom amenities such as toilet paper and some other items had stickers on them to know they were unused. Living room was spacious and kitchen was lovely to cook in! Backyard was nice as well with a place to sit. Also, Kendra (host) was very responsive when we needed help or any of our questions answered!!

**Fantastic stay — fast Wi-Fi, amazing showers, and a quiet neighborhood!** I had a wonderful stay here! The house is beautiful, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. The internet was super fast (fiber), and the central air was quiet and guest-controlled — a nice touch. The showers were amazing with strong pressure and plenty of hot water — honestly the best shower I’ve had in a long time! I also appreciated the blackout curtains and guest Netflix access, which made it easy to relax and catch up on shows. The host was always quick to respond and helpful throughout my stay. Only small note: the wooden floors are a bit squeaky in places, but otherwise everything was fantastic. Highly recommend!

House was very well nice and quiet. It actually looked  larger inside than shown in the pictures. It was very clean and well equipped for our stay. The yard is not really landscaped if you were looking for someplace to spend much time outside. It is in a nice residential neighborhood. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. We would stay here again if in the area.

This property offered everything advertised, true to photos. Host was very communicative from the get-go and offered clear and concise instructions. She checked along the way to make sure our needs were met. Really lovely host(ess). Suggestions include proving tissues/kleenex. also, better bedding & towels could take this rental from great to totally posh (seemingly small details but they make a big impact in the guest experience- imo), but regardless it was a wonderful stay. i recommend. also, it wasn’t located near anything of importance for me, but it was easy to get everywhere i needed to (boulder, evergreen, nederland) from this location.

There are no words to describe this amazing home and host. The house was spotless, well supplied and in a great location! My family and I were able to easily visit the national parks and the Cheyenne mountain zoo with reasonable drive. The home is located within 15 minutes of so many family friendly restaurants, breweries and activities. One thing that may not be something others think of - the ac is not on a smart control where you wake up sweating bc of an owner auto schedule, that was FANTASTIC. The washer and dryer were clean, free of any smells etc. Should we ever be back in this area we will most definitely be staying here again!!

Great place to stay! felt right at home. the home was updated and beautifully decorated. everything was extremely clean, bathroom and kitchen were spotles.  great attention to detail by the host, plenty of towels comfortable beds, soaps, shampoos, and laundry detergent provided. Good location just 20 mins from Denver, lots to do in the area. There is a basement apartment  whith a resident staying there and using the garage, but he was pretty quiet and didnt bother us. over all a grat place to stay!! would highly recommend!
