Welcome to our cabin! Come spend time enjoying all that Colorado has to offer; skiing (Eldora), hiking trails, Shoshoni yoga retreat, visiting the local restaurants, gift stores and galleries. Bella's Place is 100% for you, serene, cozy and clean. Perfect for friends, couples and families. New beds, new linens, all new appliances. Lives very open and bright. There is a gas grill and side deck, there is a picnic table in the back yard. Features in this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home include hardwood flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a new bathroom, RV parking, a filtered water system and internet with premium TV channels. Starter supplies are provided; guests are responsible for their own paper/cleaning/toiletries after starter supplies run out. Bella's Place is ADA accessible and conveniently located near Rollinsville, Nederland, Boulder, Golden, and Denver. Enjoy fresh mountain air, starry nights, wildflowers, and wildlife sightings. In winter, cross-country ski or snowshoe from the front door and cozy up with hot chocolate after a day of exploring. If exploring outside isn't your thing, enjoy some nearby scenic drives. There is so much to do in the area for a stay of 2 to 20 nights, and Bella's Place is the perfect place to call home while you are here. Although the streets lead up to the easily accessed driveway, a vehicle with AWD is HIGHLY recommended in the winter months, mid-November to early April. Wild animals on property – moose. Please keep your distance and do not leave any trash outside for any wildlife to get into. Please refrain from smoking of any kind in the house or on the grounds as fire danger is a real issue, which we deal with year-round. We also want to avoid lingering odor and residue for the next guest. $100 per day of reservation will be charged if this rule is broken. 1 pet allowed with approval from the manager. $50 fee applies. Only use appliances for their intended purposes. Occupancy Stay within the booking’s stated guest count. No unregistered overnight guests without prior approval. No tampering with systems Do not disable or unplug connected devices (Wi-Fi equipment, smoke detectors, etc.). Do not change HVAC settings beyond the normal range.
